Dr. Jennifer Elliott, DVM

Dr. Elliott earned both her Bachelor of Science (2008) and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (2015) at Colorado State University. She practices small and large animal medicine, with a particular love for small animal surgery and bovine reproduction.

Raised in Minnesota as a competitive gymnast and horseback rider, she now lives on her family's farm and ranch near Peetz, Colorado, with her husband Ty, their kids Waylon and Nora, and their dog Boone, helping run a Red Angus herd and jumping on equipment come harvest.

Dr. McKenzie Johnson, DVM, MPH

Dr. Johnson grew up on a farming and cow-calf operation near Chappell and graduated from the joint University of Nebraska and Iowa State veterinary program in 2015. She then served nearly nine years as a U.S. Army Field Services and Public Health Veterinarian, with assignments in Colorado, North Carolina, Afghanistan and Germany.

Her experience spans canine performance medicine, small animal primary care, trauma management and preventive medicine, and she completed a Master of Public Health in 2023. Back home, she raises commercial Angus cattle, loves the outdoors and her Springer Spaniel, Monte.

Usually the first smile you'll see

Jodi grew up on a farm and ranch in northeast Colorado, where years in 4-H grew her love for animals of every size. She's the voice on the phone and the warm welcome at the front desk.

You may also meet Frito, the clinic's emotional-support cat, who takes his job of comforting clients and patients very seriously.

Cheyenne comes to Sidney from Northern California, near Sacramento, where she raised pigs and lambs through her local FFA chapter for the county fair.

Animals have been her passion since she was seven. She loves exploring new places outdoors and helping patients both big and small feel at ease.
