On the way

What to do en route.

Call ahead

Calling lets us prepare and give first-aid tips while you drive.

Keep them still

Use a board, blanket or towel as a stretcher for injured pets. Muzzle gently if they might bite from pain.

Warm or cool

Keep shocked animals warm. For heat stroke, cool with lukewarm (not ice-cold) water on the way.

Bring the evidence

Packaging from anything swallowed, or a photo of the plant. It speeds up treatment.

Suspected poisoning

24/7 animal poison hotlines

Call us first if you can. These national hotlines are staffed around the clock by veterinary toxicologists and can share a case number with our team.

Now welcoming new patients

Your animals deserve Creekside.

Request a visit online in under a minute, or give us a call. We'd love to meet you (and your four-legged family).
